- Individuals (including Adolescents) $120
- Each counselling session lasts approximately 1 hour
- Couples $160
- Each counselling session lasts approximately 1.5 hours
- The number of sessions range from approximately 12 to 14. This is largely dependent on the nature of issues which brings the couple to counselling and the progress made within sessions.
NB: Saturday afternoon sessions are available for both individuals and couples dependent on availability (weekend surcharge applicable). - Private Health Rebates
Depending on your level of private health isurance, you may be able to claim rebates from the following: BUPA, AHM, Medibank Private, Doctors' Health Fund, Police Health Fund
Medicare rebates do not apply. - Cancellation Policy
Text or email reminders will be sent 48 hours in advance of appointments. Due to a large demand for counselling services, it would be appreciated if you would confirm your appointment or arange to reschedule if you cannot attend your session.
We understand that from time to time appointment changes may be necessary. Please note, if you need to cancel or rebook your session time, we require 24 hours notice. Any late cancellations will incur a late cancellation fee. - Payment Methods
Payments may be made by either card, cash or Electronic Funds Transfer.
